I’m an International speaker, best selling author and transition coach. I’m also a certified Professional in Human Resources and hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
I’m fluent in both military and corporate speaking and passionate about educating, empowering veterans/service members, family members on the military to civilian transition process.
I also enjoy training civilian employees on understanding the value of how to bring military talent into their organization.
I have had a distinguished army career, which includes 2 overseas deployments. I enlisted as an E-1 and rose to the rank of Master Sergeant where I served as a Drill Sergeant and a top producing U.S. Army Recruiter in N.Y.C during 9/11.
I’ve made successful transitions over the years, from the projects to suburbia, from financial destruction to financial health, college graduate to family man and from military service to civilianside employment.
I’m a recipient of several leadership awards, which include the General MacArthur Leadership award, CW4 Michael J. Novosel award for the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) Outstanding Warrant Officer of the Year.
My approach is down to earth and powerful. As the “Rucksack to Briefcase” coach, my mission in life is to help you do the same. I’m a native New Yorker; however, I am now based in Houston TX, with my wife and children.
